Protein Pancakes


Yummy protein pancake brekkie - perfect before you come in for your weekend workout!! 😍

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Dash of vanilla essence
  • 50 ml Almond milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 Whole Banana
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder
  • 80g of Rolled Oats

 

METHOD:

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Meanwhile heat a lightly buttered frying pan.
  • Pour mixture into the hot pan into the desired size pancakes, brown on both sides.
  • Serve hot with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
