Changes to the Group Fitness Timetable commence Thursday 19/07


THURSDAY BODY PUMP 5.35PM will now be a 45-minute workout

We are introducing a new format which combines Triceps and Biceps together as well as Lunges and Shoulders. This workout still hits all the muscle groups that the regular class does but in a 45-minute time frame. Come and give it a go!

And…Body  Balance can now start at 6.25PM
