GROUP FITNESS TIMETABLE CHANGES - new start times for Les Mills classes!


Our earlier opening hours have already been proven a success among our members – and the next step in listening to what suit our members best is starting some of our classes earlier too!

 

Here are the changes:

 

Saturday 8.10am RPM – starts at 8am from Saturday 31st of August

Weekday (Monday to Friday) 6.10am RPM or SPRINT – starts at 6am from Monday 9th of September

Saturday 8.15am BodyPump – starts at 8am from Saturday 21st September

Saturday 9.15am CX WORX – starts at 9am from Saturday 21st September
